Twice Weekly Zoom Parts Check In Group
Are you getting to know your parts?
Have you ever rescued an exile during your IFS session only to realize later that the shifts you experienceded during the session didn’t hold as well as you had hoped because you forgot to check in with and support that exile after the session?
Would having guidance, accountability, camaraderie and a supportive space make a difference?
We meet on Mondays and Thursdays in January at 6:00pm Central Time. Krisha, your IFS Practitioner host, will gently guide you and your parts into deeper connection. While this isn’t a therapy group, each session includes a 5 to 10 minute window at the end for questions and optional sharing with others if that feels comfortable for you.
